In 1983, Scott started his own marketing and communications firm which eventually grew into a multi-million dollar organization, servicing Fortune 100 and 500 companies across the country. Scott’s expertise and experience in brand development, sales, advertising and corporate communications helped his firm RCI, realize uncommon growth and success over a twenty year period.

As his company was developing marketing and communications programs for companies and their resellers, Scott traveled throughout the country for his clients, presenting seminars and keynotes on the subjects of branding, team and talent, customer experiences and more. Many years ago, while developing a series of seminars, Scott decided to introduce his unique style of mind reading and mental magic into his presentations. The response was so overwhelmingly positive that his clients began to request his keynote services for national sales meetings and world wide reseller conferences.

Through word of mouth alone, other companies quickly began to hear about this new and unique style of presenting a business message and Scott’s second career as a corporate keynote speaker and entertainer took off! Soon, Scott Deming was in demand and on stage from coast to coast.

Scott Deming is CEO and founder of RCI, a national marketing and communications company. He is a founder and Board of Directors member for Service Nation and Service Roundtable – the largest independent contractor service group in the world, headquartered in Dallas, TX. Scott also sits on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and is on several other marketing and communications boards for charitable organizations such as The Children’s Miracle Network, The Central NY Center for Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders and Upstate Medical Center awareness committee for a new Children’s Hospital.

Scott’s company has received numerous awards, including The Business Journal’s business of the month and Most Inspiring Business of 2000.

Scott is a member of the PEA, Psychic Entertainers Association – a worldwide organization of the best minds in mentalism, committed to preserving and enhancing the art of psychic entertainment.

He is also a member of the IBM - International Brotherhood of Magicians - a worldwide organization of magicians and performers committed to the art of magic.
