

Greg Richardson delivers a simple, but powerful message as he works with organizations that are targeting breakthroughs in individual leadership, collaboration and workplace performance.
Fortified with humor, Greg's delivery invokes reflection and participation. Groups are cautioned not to plan on kicking back and soaking up sage advice. His message is delivered through his audience and focuses on their unique people-related challenges.
Workshops incorporate the use of several instruments that help develop individual strategies and skills for increased leadership and personal effectiveness with their workplace partners. Adult learning concepts and coaching techniques are woven into every presentation and training session.
Greg is a Partner with Goodman & Company and he directs the Human Resource Services Division. He earned his second masters degree from The George Washington University in Education and Human Resource Development, holds the SPHR designation from the Society for Human Resource Management, and he has been a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) since 1995.
For flying enthusiasts, he culminated his fighter pilot days by leading 32 air-to-air combat missions over Iraq in an F-15 Eagle during the 1991 Gulf War.
