Dr. Anderson utilizes her academic, entrepreneurial, and vast life experiences combined with humor, dramatic styling, and her gift as an entertainer to deliver the most informative, inspiring, and riveting performances in the nation. Dr. Anderson is an attorney, author, speaker, educator, entertainer, and entrepreneur.

Currently, Dr. Anderson focuses primarily on her training and consulting firm, Courtney Anderson & Associates, LLC “the Litigation Mitigation Experts.” She is an internationally renowned motivational speaker, corporate trainer, and consultant in all areas of leadership, personal empowerment, and employment law workplace compliance (with an average of 100 engagements a year). Her unique approach of integrating leadership skills with her knowledge of the law has motivated, inspired, enlightened, and transformed the way organizations manage to minimize their legal liability in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. A motivational force of nature, she is consumed with the desire to infuse individuals with faith in themselves to face fear and failure. Self-supportive since she was a teenager, she has a wealth of life experience (including surviving catastrophic circumstances) that she infuses into creating authentic connections with her customers in all her endeavors. As an attorney, Dr. Anderson is in private practice as a solo practitioner with her firm, the Law Offices of Courtney E. Anderson, based in Austin, Texas. Dr. Anderson primarily practices Entertainment Law, with selected Business Law and Criminal Defense casework.

An author of both fiction and non-fiction, Dr. Anderson is currently at work on her next non-fiction work set for release in 2005, Passing for Sane: Creating Contentment out of Chaos.

As an educator, Dr. Anderson has served in primary, secondary, and university institutions (both public and private). She served on the faculty at the University of Texas at Austin where she taught Business Law. In addition, she has served on the faculty of Huston-Tillotson College (teaching Business Law) and currently is an adjunct professor with Ashington University in the MBA program, teaching Strategic Marketing and Operations Management.

An entertainer (singer, songwriter, producer, choreographer, director, and radio talk show host), Dr. Anderson has garnered acclaim with her introspective and unique art. Her award-winning music video work and sizzling live performances are highlights of her distinctive music career. Her new album is slated for release in early 2005.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Dr. Anderson has built her successful firms through a convergence of her boundless passions and pragmatic decisions. She owns entertainment and real estate firms in addition to owning her own law and consulting practices.

Dr. Anderson is an MBA business consultant and attorney who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She received a full academic scholarship to the University of Texas School of Law where she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence. After law school, Dr. Anderson received an MBA from Texas A&M University (Tarleton State University).
